What the record holds
New citizens read “New here” until three visits are on the record: never a low number, never a cold start held against anyone.
Trust runs both ways
Elsewhere, the burden lands on the caregiver alone. On Neola, accountability runs both ways: Goers hold a standing too. Expectations are set before anyone accepts: the pay, the timing, the hard stop, the ride home. Both sides know. Both sides answer for it.
Payment is secured at confirmation and released when the visit closes with a written summary. A reported concern pauses payout while our team reviews.
It travels with you
And the standing travels. It is what the citizenship carries with you, city to city: the trust you earn at UBC doesn’t reset in a new city.
Standing launches in beta with the UBC pilot on September 8, 2026. During launch it runs in learning mode: events are recorded, penalties are not applied. Safety matters are never in learning mode.
